Size guide
Everything here is measured in inches, on the body rather than over a garment.
Before you start
- Measure your body, not a favourite outfit. We add the room for movement when we stitch — about two inches on a blouse. Measuring an old kurta and sending us those numbers adds that room twice.
- Keep the tape level and snug. Flat against you, not pulled tight and not hanging loose. It helps to have somebody else hold it.
- Wear what you would wear underneath. A blouse measured over a different bra will not fit over the one you wear with the saree.
- If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Letting a seam out is straightforward. Putting one back is not.
